Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect each item before shipment.

• Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged or defective due to a manufacturing or shipping issue on our side.

• If you receive a damaged or defective watch, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

• Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

• Returns are only accepted for items that are confirmed to be damaged or defective upon delivery.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preferences, or normal wear and tear.

نحرص على فحص جميع المنتجات بعناية قبل شحنها لضمان وصولها بأفضل حالة ممكنة.

• يقتصر الاستبدال على المنتجات التي تصل تالفة أو بها عيب ناتج عن التصنيع أو الشحن من جانبنا.

• في حال استلام ساعة تالفة أو بها عيب، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال ٢٤ ساعة من استلام الطلب مع إرفاق صور واضحة للمشكلة.

• بعد مراجعة الحالة والتأكد من وجود العيب، سيتم استبدال المنتج دون أي رسوم إضافية.

• يقتصر الاسترجاع على المنتجات التي يثبت وجود عيب أو تلف فيها عند الاستلام.

• لا نقبل طلبات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال الناتجة عن تغيير الرأي أو التفضيلات الشخصية أو الاستخدام الطبيعي للمنتج.
